I just wanted to share with you my experience with Jen Cannella. I had a partial delivery scheduled yesterday. The day before another contract for this delivery came in. Using logic I thought I would run past the design team, that if possible, I could swing by the office and pick up the additional contract. When I first approached the DT it was mentioned that Jen was the person in charge. However, the DT was very busy and probably will not be able to get the additional contract ready for delivery. I agreed and told them no problem. I just wanted to just run it past the DT. The issue was run past Jen. A few mins latter Jen called me back and told me to stop by the office and pick up the contract and replacement pages.
It has been a pleasure working with Jen. She goes above and beyond on her approach to her work. The “get it done” positive attitude that she exhibits is a real plus for FSFG. She blames no one and takes full responsibility and accountability for her actions. Thank you again JEN.
