Today we switch from putting to the swing: At the end of your swing, your weight should be over the top of your front heel and your front foot should not have moved.
As always, Mike and the rest of the Crash Proof™ Production Team have provided me with some great stills from Tuesday’s Educational Event at Adelphia Restaurant in Deptford, New Jersey. The pictures from this event came out great and there were lots of good ones of both Phil Cannella and Joann Small speaking to retirees about the challenges they will face moving into the Retirement Phase of their lives. So thanks to the Crash Proof Retirement™ Production Crew for always giving me the best Read More +
Over 120 guests filled the room at Adelphia Restaurant on March 19, 2013 to see Phil Cannella and Joann Small present another Crash Proof™ Educational Event. Every week people in or near retirement get educated on risk-free investment accounts that aren’t offered by Wall Street. Join the Movement!
Today’s tip is focused on helping you with your short game: Once again I will be calling on your imagination to help guide you to a better swing. Imagine a railroad track 1″ wider than your putter. Keep your putter in this track during back swing and follow through. By creating guidelines with your imagination, you essentially force your natural kinetics to be more precise.
I just wanted to remind everyone that although “Voice of Reason” with Larry Kane aired Sunday night at 9:30, that will not be the last chance for Phil Cannella devotees to see their favorite radio host and Retirement Phase Expert appear on an expert panel with legendary journalist Larry Kane and two of the top minds in the field of Economics and Finance, Ryan Sweet, Senior Economist at Moody’s Analytics, and Dr. Bruce Rader of Temple University’s Fox School of Business. That’s because “Voice of Read More +
Fresh off his appearance from Larry Kane’s CN8 show “Voice of Reason” Phil Cannella told his listeners on Saturday about the importance of creating “Sleep Well” accounts for their later years. Reminding them of the pensions that were lost at GM and General Electric after their bankruptcies, Phil said that with the stock market being at record highs, now is the time to move some of that retirement money into safer, or sleep well, accounts. If Phil’s recent appearance on Larry Kane’s show is any Read More +
We received a letter this week written by a retiree in New Jersey who attended a Crash Proof Retirement™ Event. The letter shows that the one-of-a-kind educational presentation hosted by Phil Cannella is sparking interests in those able to attend. Don and Abbie Freeman are two folks who crossed into retirement close to a decade ago. They are radio listeners who have heard Phil and Joann talk about the Crash Proof™ vehicles that make retiring a safer prospect. After coming to Tuesday’s event, they gave a heartfelt interview where they talked about their long marriage, large family and retirement goals. They thanked Phil and Joann for making people like them aware of Crash Proof™ vehicles. Now with their other retirement goals comes a retirement that is Crash Proofed™.
Today I will be hanging the Red Cross Certificate in the lobby. This nicely framed piece, is a token of the appreciation that American Red Cross has for FSFG and RMI because of our generous donation to the Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund, which was presented by Phil Cannella and Joann Small on behalf of First Senior Financial Group and Crash Proof Retirement.
I just wanted to say how proud we all are of Phil Cannella for his appearance as an expert panelist on “Voice of Reason” with Larry Kane. I know Phil was ecstatic about being invited on the show to speak with legendary journalist Larry Kane while discussing a topic that is near and dear to his heart. Phil did exceptionally well speaking with distinguished panelists like Ryan Sweet, Senior Economist with Moody’s Analytics, and Dr. Bruce Rader, Assistant Professor of Finance from Temple University’s Fox Read More +
Phil Cannella Crash Poof Buzz Tabs It was a very exciting day to say the least! I took the Crash Proof™ van down to Philadelphia for the taping of the CN8 television program “Voice of Reason” hosted by legendary journalist, Larry Kane! Phil Cannella was one of three financial experts invited on the panel to discuss the economy and what investors need to do to survive in it. I collected a lot of behind the scenes footage that I hope to get out very soon. Read More +
We got some exciting news last week when we found out that Phil Cannella was invited to be a panelist on Larry Kane’s “The Voice of Reason” on the Comcast Network. Naturally Phil was honored to be appearing on the show with such a respected journalist as Larry Kane, as well as with his fellow panelists, Ryan Sweet, Senior Economist at Moody’s, and Dr. Bruce Rader, Assistant Professor of Finance at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Earlier today, Mike and Joann Small went down Read More +
Here’s a hint for your swing. The golf action is based upon a free swing of the hands and arms independent of the body.
We have to congratulate our CEO Joann Small for reaching that all important milestone of life: she finally turned 30! That’s right, Joann Small celebrated her birthday yesterday, although there was no time to take a day off for the hard-working CEO of First Senior Financial Group. Joann celebrated in an understated fashion with the employees of First Senior Financial Group and Retirement Media, Inc. There were two lovely cakes, which the eager staff dug right into once the candles were blown out. So once Read More +
Who says life stops at 90 years of age. Saturday’s guest is living proof that 90 is the new 60. Delaware County resident Dorothy Coleman–who is also a Crash Proof Retirement™ client– visited the studios in King of Prussia PA to discuss her long life, times and her new book with Phil and Joann live on our Crash Proof Retirement Show™ this weekend. Mrs. Coleman’s 100-plus page book, which is set to be released by Tate Publishing later in the Spring, takes the reader on a trip Read More +
Your grip when holding the club is important. For a proper grip, slight finger pressure should be applied with the last three fingers of the left hand and the two middle fingers of the right hand. No pressure should be applied with thumbs and index fingers of either hand. For lefty’s, reverse this.
If you missed last week’s Crash Proof Retirement™ Educational Event with Phil Cannella and Joann Small, you missed this segment on mainstream media and their inability to report fairly to the everyday investor. Don’t miss this week’s event at Adelphia Restaurant in Deptford, NJ. SIGN UP!
I’m sure we have all heard about the generous donation First Senior Financial Group offered to the Red Cross in light of the desperate need for recovery funding following the destruction of Hurricane Sandy. Mike got me a few more high quality still from the Crash Proof Retirement™ Educational Event Tuesday at Fleming’s Steakhouse in Marlton, New Jersey. Phil Cannella Crash Poof Buzz Tabs Phil Cannella’s Retirement Media is getting a lot of positive reaction from retirees, and we have the film to prove it. Yes, our three-man camera crew can’t get enough of speaking to those attending our events. At Tuesday’s Fleming’s Steakhouse gathering we had a record number of on-camera interviews by Joann Small. It’s apparent that the Crash Proof™ message is getting out there to people and that the people like it. Keep it up!
Phil Cannella educated retirees in South Jersey at Flemings Steakhouse yesterday. The room was so packed that we ran out of space for chairs and some people were standing in the back of the room, myself included! Considering the overwhelming response we are getting from retirees in the tri-state area, I would say we must be doing something right here at the Crash Proof Retirement™ headquarters.
To really make this a series you need to have more than one post. Keep your eyes out for more. I came across this tid-bit and it includes a video. Enjoy. Golf Ball hitting steel at 150 mph This video is at 70,000 frames per second. Most people think golf balls are fairly hard. Now, understand, no one has a swing speed of 150 mph, including Tiger Woods who is just under 130 mph. The reason you often hear people talk about ball compression and Read More +
Kean and I are getting a little lonely at the office today with everyone out at the Crash Proof™ Educational Event. Last Friday, I was a saddened when I heard the words, “No one brought in breakfast today.” I got the news from my esteemed colleague, Mr. Stringer. To prevent further tear-shed from the production department, I would like to know if a Crash Proof™ Breakfast Supplier has been assigned for this week.
Each week at our Crash Proof Retirement™ Educational Events we set up a camera, microphone and green screen to capture responses or comments from our attendees. We have been getting so many people to give us an interview, I’m flooded with footage! Here in the production department, we have two ways to get your voice heard… Videos on our websites/newsletters and audio clips that air on the Crash Proof Retirement Show™. Listen this weekend to hear some of our event attendees respond to what they Read More +
Hey everyone, I just wanted to say it’s nice to see that we’re all starting to get involved with the office blog. It’s been keeping everyone throughout the company informed with what’s going on each week. And we’re learning new things along the way, like who would have guessed that Pete is a golfer? I always took him for the hopscotch type. And the media coming out of the Crash Proof Retirement™ production crew is quite impressive. So if you don’t mind me sounding Read More +
To help improve the office as a whole I will be sharing some of the better golf tips that come across my desk from my daily calendar. Today’s hint: Imagine your wrists are in a cast so that they cannot break down and flip at the ball during impact when chipping and pitching. Keep your eyes out for more tips from my series, Pete’s Crash Proof Golf Tips. By the end of the year I expect all of us to be scratch Read More +
